There are many confusing methods when you want to fast beyond sleep. (No worries, I’ll review then in the series).
Occum’s Razor.
The law of parsimony OR in English, the simplest solution is most likely the right one.
Start with simple.
Why? When it is simple, odds are you will go beyond sleep fasting.
We are throwing out all the complex fasting concepts to focus on the one you can start doing today.
The most anticipated simplest way is to, drum roll please, EXTEND.
So simple, it seems almost boring. Don’t let the seemingly simple keep you from getting better health.
