Body Fit FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Many of these are also available in the app on the Do Life Better Tab.

This same tab has program synopsis & notes for all participants in the green area

Getting Started

  • Do I have to use color coded containers?
    • No. Measuring out your portions via measuring cups/spoons is the important part.
How you chose to organize and store your meals is up to you. If you like pretty colors and organization, you can knock your socks off with special containers and bags.
We really want this program to be simple. Make food. Divide it up in portions. Eat on time. Exercise daily. Get enough rest. Lose weight.

On Point

  • Can I have a cheat meal? Cheat Day?
    • No. You are not a dog, do not reward yourself with food!
  • Can I have alcohol on this program?
    • No. Your body processes alcohol as a sugar. We are eliminating those sugar spikes and surges so your body burns fuel efficiently and gets rid of the excess fat that is stored on your body.

Recipies & Grocery List

  • When you are doing your weekly plan, take a look at the recipes tab.  This has a list of quick meals.  Use this when you make your grocery list for the week.  Try a few new ones each week.

WIN

  • What time do I put down for my workout if I am doing the WIN and a Reformed Fit class?
    • Put down the one that is most intense and/or longest, which is Reformed Fit class time.  This applies to any day you do two workouts.
  • Get Outside?  What is my meal plan for that day?
    • Depends on what you are doing outside.  If it is more intense than a slow walk, put in your time that you plan on doing this.
    • If it is a slow walk / enjoying nature use the Non Workout Meal Option Planner
  • What if I don’t have time to workout on a particular day?
    • Life happens, we understand.  Use the Non Workout Meal Option Planner

Support/Accountability

  • What happens if I miss a daily check-in?
    • If we don’t see that you completed the program by 9pm, we will give you a call and check in with you. This check-in is an additional fee per time. Part of proceeds goes to charity and if in a group challenge, part goes to a kitty for the one with the most inches total lost.
