About Us

Doreen Warfield has been on both sides of the weight scale.  As a little girl her eating habits were mostly fast food, and as such she grew up being excluded from most physical activity.  She reached her tipping point at 240 pounds and said enough is enough.  She started her fitness and nutrition journey with small steps.  First movement with walking then she trained with a Personal Trainer.  This path lead her to find Zumba, first as a student, later as an instructor.  At her peak she taught 17 classes a week.  This breakneck pace was not sustainable, and a number of years ago she became a Personal Trainer.  Now she helps others overcome obstacles to become a better version of themselves with One to One and Group trainings as well as nutritional habits.

Back in the Ice Ages, Dave Prouhet, was a certified Nautilus Instructor.  He learned way back then, the importance of a solid workout and the doors in life it opens.  His path meandered through getting his MBA, the Air Force, a couple of businesses, and now he is back to where he started, in fitness.  Over the years, one thing has not changed, creating great workouts so clients can enjoy their life’s adventure.  He wants everyone to enjoy adventures in life, backpacking, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, biking, skateboarding, snorkeling, Tough Mudder, and more.  He has teamed up with Doreen Warfield, Reformed Fitness, to help her clients become better physically fit to enjoy the life adventures which await them.
