Thanksgiving – Don’t Become Stuffing

Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is a time to be with family and friends right before the crazy starts.

One common downfall during the festivities is getting so full you are ready to explode, and then you mentally implode.

Can we lend you some Pigapalooza advice?

(Pigapalooza?  Yep, Dave’s annual Veterans Day Celebration, in 2019, he stopped by 26 places for Veterans Day free/discounts on food and more.)

Eat meat & veggies, slowly.  & Drink water.

  • Seriously, you can go all day by consuming these and not have your belly blow up.

What I found that blows my belly up like the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man?

Simple, Carbs as in simple carbs.

Minimize/Avoid

1) Bread will blow your belly up like Stay Puff Marshmallow man

2) Stuffing usually is bread-based

3) Go slow/avoid alcohol

  • Gravy. ( (Not so bloating when not flooding the taters)
  • Cranberry Sauce. (Carbs)
