The Biggest Loser vs Fittest Loser Challenge

The Biggest Loser Challenge announced it is coming back and has made healthy changes to its upcoming show.

It is about time.

They are now going to focus on a whole-body approach. They hope to help contestants get off meds, reverse type 2 diabetes, and lower blood pressure.

Yay!

However, the Biggest Loser Challenge does not seem to address some of the core issues. The issues are losing weight fast, over-exercising, and keeping the weight off long term.

With the Fittest Loser Challenge, we invite you to learn the process of healthy weight loss that is maintainable for your long term health.

Fittest Loser requires preparation before you start. The nutrition program we follow has proven time and again to lose weight & inches in a healthy manner.

And with these healthy changes participants have modified their medications (including diabetes meds). We have not tracked blood pressure changes, nor HRV (an indicator of health and readiness). However, had we done so, I am positive we would have witnessed improvements.
