Ding, Ding, Ding. Your phone is literally yelling at you to GET UP. just GET UP, ugh GET UP already.
Ugh, how quickly resolve dissolves in the bedsheets.

Now, at this very moment, the warm sheets and crisp cold air of this autumn morning, seemingly zap you of all resolve. Further adding insult, it is pitch dark out. UGH.
You think to yourself, later. Actually, you are giving yourself the out.
Yes, this is so very true, and everyone who has ever planned a workout has experienced this phenomenon.
