Habits Rule! (Do=>Are)

Habits rule much of our actions (our do’s)

“You ARE what you repeatedly DO.”  ~Aristotle

With the new New Year, many had the intention of changing our, ARE.

As in changing, “Who You ARE.”

What you ARE, is a result of your actions (your doings).

And by changing your DO‘s you change your ARE.

****Hit THAT Pause Button…wait, what? 

Read on — 

Think of yourself before your New Year’s “Resolution” as 

“Do What You’ve Always Done, Get What You’ve Always Gotten.” ~Henry Ford

And you’d like to change the “Gotten” part.

How? => Change what you DO.

Simply, 

Focus on your inputs, keep following through on a your new habit (What you DO)

And your outcome (Your ARE) changes    

My friend, be dedicated to making that new habit (what you DO) happen.
