Over the past few posts, we have poked fun at New Year’s Resolutions as not your best fit for you to Do. Life. Better.

*  First, we chatted about not relying upon “motivation” (it’s fickle) to create sustainable action.

*  Then we talked about starting with a small sustainable habit versus big resolutions.

One small change for you repeated regularly, becomes a life changer. 

Let’s now talk about rubber meeting the road…tomorrow, is the universal day to start a better version of you.

Let’s take this to the next level…first an observation.

Humans are social creatures.  Let’s take advantage of that to make your new habit stick because:

1) We want to impress others (social creature)

2) Studies have shown that when there is a chance we are being watched, our actions change.  So many examples…scientific studies, “surveillance” cameras, & more…

How? Get an Accountability Partner 

Someone who is there for you, mostly, they ask why, when you don’t do.  And at times praise when you do.

Back to the scientific studies, when an accountability partner is added to the equation, your habit/discipline is more likely completed on a regular basis.

And isn’t that what we want?

We want your small habit/discipline to become an automatic part of your life.
