Two things…

One – 

Doreen did a facebook live about Day One, habits and resolutions.

The question is…

  • When is it time to stop losing the same five pounds, over and over?  AKA Groundhog Day repeating Day One
  • When is it time to just make your healthy habit stick?

Two – 

Many people end their New Years Resolutions within 12 days.  However, by day 30, 90% have abandoned their new beginning.

 

If you want the habit to become part of your automated routine…then we need to make success small success wins over time.

Let’s set up for success with a smaller time frame (ummm, not a year) to be successful.

Our challenge for you is to make through 21 more days. 

Time for real change.

Do. Life. Better.  One small, tiny habit at a time.
