Hello. A couple of questions: how long have you been in business? Wondering what the prices might be for a 60 yr old retired female that is admittedly TOTALLY out of shape and fat?

Hello Teresa and thank you for your questions. We have been in business for 4 years. Depending on what type of training you are looking for dictates pricing. Individual training would be where you may want to start since we can customize workouts to your body specifically. If you are looking for a fun dynamic to the workout, then group trainings are a great option. Generally speaking we charge $1 per minute of training time. We have several locations from which we can train. I would say let’s meet for a consultation and go from there.

Our pricing is on our page here http://reformed-living.com/pricing/
