Welcome To Reformed Living – Change The Way You See Fit
We did…we changed the way to see fit.
Once upon a time, we were called Reformed Fitness and everything was wonderful. We started with Personal Training and soon wanted to offer more. So we expanded by developing and introducing a unique Group Fitness experience. It took off! Our Group Fitness class was akin to Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) Fitness, every week it was something different. No two weeks were the same!
But could we do more?
While we already realized fitness is great, it is only part of the picture of health. And so over time, we kept adding items we realized were often overlooked.
Like accountability.
It started simply. Didn’t show up for class this week? We wanted to know why. What’s happening? What can we do to help?
Building on that, we added accountability to change through our Habits program.
See, making healthy, lasting, positive change is a daunting task. Many of us talk about changing. We want to change. Change our bodies, lose weight, feel better, drink more water, eat better, and so on.
Big changes seem scary. Little changes seem possible. We found that with the right support, small changes cascaded into big changes. We are here to walk with you through the small changes.
Then amazing things happened with our clients! We called it the “light switch turned on.” FLIP! All of a sudden the major changes clients wanted just seemed to fall into place.
Bodies became slimmer & stronger. They were able to physically do more and they also became mentally stronger and more resilient.
So what next?
Adventures.
Bigger challenges – rise to the next level, conquer fears, keep on keeping on while getting stronger and more confident. Rock climbing, high adventure courses, skydiving, backpacking, hiking a marathon, running, tough mudders, Let’s do this!
